Baseline VEDA assistance in supported workflows is part of VERION products, with people approving consequential actions. VEDA AI Pro is a separate add-on and is not self-serve GA on this site.
That depends on the mode you choose. In review mode VEDA prepares and a person confirms. In carry-through mode VEDA completes the work and logs every step. Approval rules and permissions apply in both modes.
